This is what the most expensive house in Saskatoon looks like
With unobstructed views of Saskatchewan River this house in Saskatoon is a sight for sore eyes.
The modern home has a living room with lofty ceilings and a high-end kitchen fit for any gourmet chef.
With just under 5,000 square-feet of living space the home boasts seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
It also has a finished basement complete with a media room, gym, guest bedrooms and full bathroom.
The main floor is open concept, with the living room, dining room and kitchen all together.
The huge wall of windows floods the space with sunlight and gives a gorgeous view of the backyard and river.
While the backyard is currently covered in a blanket of snow, in the summer there's an in-ground pool and plenty of patio space to enjoy.
Not to mention you have direct water access to the river.
The bedrooms are spacious and bright. I'm obsessed with the bookcase bed frame in the master bedroom.
The master suite master suite is complete with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a dressing room with custom built-ins and island, a five piece spa bath, an espresso bar, numerous built-in wardrobes, and a private deck overlooking the river.
But oddly enough my favourite part of the entire home is the mud room. It's so organized and pretty! It looks like Marie Kondo's dream!
A large family. There's plenty of space and storage so no matter how many people live in the house it will never feel cramped.
You don't feel like paying Toronto/ Vancouver prices to live in Saskatoon.
