This is what a $15 million Whistler ski home looks like
With ski season just around the corner I can't help but dream of fresh powder, cozy fires and that perfect après-ski hang out spot.
And if I were to imagine what that place might look like I think it would pretty much be this home in Whistler. Located right on Blackcomb Mountain this mansion is just a short jaunt to Whistler Village and Lost Lake.
But the best part is that it has direct access to the slopes.
And apart from the ideal location the property is stunning.
The natural fir wood beams throughout the home gives it a very Canadiana ski chalet feel but it's not kitsch.
The interior is modern and stylish with plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding nature.
The home boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Many of the bedrooms have their own fireplaces for that added sense of hygge.
The master bedroom comes with a jetted bathtub in the en suite.
But for those who don't get access to that there's a hot tub outdoors to soak in after a long day on the slopes.
The home also comes with a walk-in wine cellar and lots of room to spread out over the four storeys of living space.
Taking advantage of the slopes. The mountain is literally at your doorstep.
You're not a ski bunny. There's no point in having a ski in/out house if you never spend any time on the slopes.
