The Tenors sang O Canada from quarantine and it was the most beautiful thing ever
It seems that everyone in Canada could use a little lift right now, and vocal group The Tenors have given us just that.
Singing from their respective quarantine locations in New York, Vancouver and Toronto, the trio belted out O Canada in a video shared to social media.
Fraser, Victor and Clifton blessed us with their powerful voices in a bilingual rendition of the country's national anthem while each wearing Team Canada gear and arranged to resemble like the flag.
The comments on the post showed that even people outside of the country were moved by the symbolism the anthem carries during this difficult time.
"I’m from the US but love hearing that anthem. I worked in Ontario for 6 months for Walmart when they were changing out all of the Woolworths. I loved working with the Canadian people. Their drive to excel and their dedication to their work was amazing!" one person wrote.
"Beautiful! This American thanks you and looking forward to your next show!!!" said another.
They are also encouraging everyone to support for essential services and frontline workers by singing O Canada at noon every Sunday.
