John Legend announces North American tour with stops in Canada

R&B; star and Chrissy Teigan's husband John Legend has just announced a huge North American tour taking place this summer and fall, and there are two Canadian stops among 27 dates.

The Bigger Love 2020 Tour will be stopping at Toronto's Budweiser stage on September 2 before going south of the border again until September 13, where Legend will take the stage at Vancouver's Rogers Arena.

There are also nearby dates in New Jersey (August 22), New York City (August 24), Detroit (September 3) and Seattle (September 10 and 11).

There is no news on whether the tour is in honour of a forthcoming album from the multi-Grammy Award winner, but given the recent release of Legend's new hit single Conversations in the Dark and the fact that he hasn't released a full-length since 2018, it just might be.

Pre-sale for Bigger Love starts at 10 a.m. local time on February 11, while regular tickets will go on sale to the public at the same time on Valentine's Day.
